Oral Presentation - Preparation

The time for the oral presentation is 25 minutes including 5 - 10 minutes for discussion (there are some exceptions). Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English. Please bring your presentation on an USB stick to the conference: Microsoft Power Point on USB Flash Drive. Presentations should be preloaded in the poster area, min 12 hours before the presentation.

The speakers are kindly requested to meet their session chairs at the stage 15 minutes prior to the session start.

In order to have your curriculum vitae available for the session chairs to introduce you to the audience, please complete the enclosed form and return it to congress office  until 9 September 2010 at the latest or send it by fax +49 / 69 / 7564 441

Poster Exhibition / EFC Poster Award

The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. This role will be emphasised in Moscow by an EFC Poster Award for the best poster presented by a young author below 35 years.
