The time for the oral presentation is 20 minutes including approx. 5 minutes for discussion. The time for the keynote presentation is 40 minutes including approx. 5 minutes for discussion.
Technical Information for Oral Presentation
Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English.
A Speakers Service Centre will be available for you. There you upload your presentation. The presentation will then be sent to your lecture room. The Speakers Service Centre is equipped with computers with Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010. The screen resolution is 1024x768 (XGA). Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on a CD ROM.
In case you have special technical requirements regarding your presentation (e.g. a video or using Apple Software) please bring your own laptop to the Speakers Service Centre.
Please note that you must check in at the Speakers Service Centre before going to your lecture room.

The speakers are kindly requested to meet their session chairs at the stage 15 minutes prior to the session start.
Curriculum Vitae
In order to have your Curriculum Vitae for the session chairs to introduce you to the audience, please complete the enclosed form and return it to the Swedish congress office until 15 August 2011 at the latest.
Poster Presentation
Poster Programme for download
The posters will be displayed continuously throughout the conference. So the posters should be put up on Monday, 5 September 2011 and should be taken down at the end of the conference.
Poster Party / Poster Session
The poster authors are requested to be present at their poster(s) for discussion during the Poster Party on Tuesday, 6 September 2011 (17:10 - 19:00).
EFC Poster Award
The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. This role will be emphasised in Stockholm by an EFC Poster Award for the best poster presented by a young author below 35 years. If you want to register your poster for the EFC Poster Award please send us a short message via email to eurocorr2011(at)swerea.se
