Registration Fees

The registration fees include admission to the lecture and poster programme, the company exhibition, the list of participants, a book of abstracts, the full paper CD-ROM as well as:

- the welcome reception on Monday, 13 September 2010 at 16:30 - 19:00
- the poster party on Tuesday, 14 September 2010, 17:30 - 19:30
- catering during the breaks.

Conference Tickets

²⁾ Proof of status must be attached

³⁾ Admission to the exhibition, welcome reception, and the city tour. No admission to the scientific oral programme.

Cancellation and Refunds

20% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations of registrations  before 1 August 2010.

80% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations of registrations  before 20 August 2010.

After 20 August 2010 the full amount will be charged.

Cancellations have to be made in writing (letter, fax or email).If the event is cancelled by DECHEMA the registration fees for te conference will be refunded. Further claims for compensation are excluded.

Payment Arrangements

After your online registration we will send you an invoice for the conference ticket via electronic and postal mail. When you authorise the payment for the conference ticket, please be sure to note as the reason for payment the complete invoice number. In case the payment was made by credit card it is mentioned on the invoice.

All arrangements regarding the social programme, the excursions, the hotel booking and the visa application have to be done by using the online system (your personally log-in code was sent to you via email).
